With extensive research, he embarked on a mission to share the opulent flavor of wild truffles with food aficionados, culinary fanatics, world-class chefs, and those with divine knowledge of this delicate tuber.

Our truffles comes with Luna’s certified PAW of approval. Cora, Hans, Roua, Hera, Nero, Gopo, Maia …also certify the truffles they help find.
Their PAW of aproval is further certified as a wild product by the Romanian Government.
Each truffle species come with their own digital certificate.

FRESH WILD UNTAMED
Due to market dynamics, the truffle’s price will change every Friday.
Our truffles will keep their full wild flavor for about five more days.

When you do receive our package…
Please open it immediately and move the truffles in an airtight glass container. Cover them with a generous layer of rice or individually wrap them in a paper towel. Replace the paper towel every 1-2 days to prevent moisture build-up. Truffle must remain dry to preserve flavor.
The truffles come ready to be consumed, but do not forget that the truffles you just received are from the wild. These truffles are cleaned of dirt and impurities under a jet of cold water with a special brush. If traces of soil are still on, please rinse them with cold water and use a soft brush to scrub them lightly before consumption.
Fresh truffles are added as a finishing element at the end of boiled or cooked dishes. Thermal processing will diminish the flavor of the truffle. Slice the truffles thinly and add them to hot dishes, releasing their complex aroma and taste and providing a perfect culinary experience.
White truffles should be eaten within 5-7 days.
Black truffles should be eaten within 7-10 days.
Freeze them, and our wild truffles can be preserved for 3 to 6 months, but some flavor will be lost.
You can freeze black truffles. Please do not freeze the white truffles!

Everything is carefully inspected and packaged by hand.
All packages are overnighted to guarantee that your order reaches you promptly.
However, it's essential to remember that we ship fresh wild truffles harvested specifically for your order. If there's no harvest, there will be no shipping. As wild truffles can be scarce, it may result in longer shipping times.
Rest assured; we will keep you informed throughout the process. Once your order is processed, we will notify you when our skilled truffle hunters are deployed to work their magic.
You can cancel your order anytime before we dispatch the truffle hunters.

Shipping details
All orders are overnight shipped from UPS Bucharest on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Orders placed between Monday and Sunday are shipped the following Monday and Tuesday, depending on quantities.
All orders placed on weekends and holidays will be addressed the following business day.
No orders will be shipped on holidays or 24 hours before and after.
Orders will arrive in the US within 24 to 36 hours of the shipping date, not the order date.
Orders will arrive to you within another 24 hours via overnight shipping.
TruffleAvenue is not responsible for shipping delays once the package is in transit and does not issue refunds solely for delayed delivery.
Return policy
Due to the time-sensitive nature of our truffles and for food safety reasons, all purchases are final. However, we do review order cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.
TruffleAvenue orders are only refundable if the customer experiences a verified quality concern or damage.
